Team Mechanical’s advanced energy applications made them the ideal provider for Rohm & Haas’ industrial burner installation for their manufacturing facility in Ringwood, Illinois. The installation immediately improved the facility’s energy efficiency by saving 200,000 therms in the first year. Because Team Mechanical selected energy-efficient equipment for the installation, it made the project eligible for an energy rebate. Team and their they completed and submitted the necessary paperwork, and Rohm & Haas was sent a $65,000 rebate check from Nicor Gas.

Team Mechanical partnered with Weishaupt and selected their burner for the installation of the client’s chemical processing facility. The retrofit project included installing an environmentally-friendly burner that improves the efficiency, reliability, and maintainability of the mechanical systems at the site. Team Mechanical and Weishaupt assisted in Rohm & Haas by completing and submitting the necessary energy savings information and paperwork to Nicor Gas, the local utility company, and Rohm & Haas ultimately received $65,000 in rebates. Every $1 from the rebate is equal to an economic benefit of three times that amount, and made the overall project payoff less than one year.
