Value Delivered

EMCOR Services Team Mechanical was selected to provide design-build mechanical and electrical installation services for this 23-story boutique hotel.

The completed project met our client’s rigorous standards, helping guarantee a comfortable environment for their guests and staff. Our design will also help increase the dependability of their mechanical systems, minimizing future system repairs while promoting energy efficiency and equipment longevity.

  • Piping system including:
    • Loops in interstitial space
    • Pumps
    • Hydronic accessories
  • Demolition of existing packaged conditioning units and all associated steam and condensate risers
  • 13 new sets of risers
  • Furnishing and installation for water source heat pumps
  • Complete automation and controls, including equipment commissioning

Additionally, we also assisted with the electrical work for the project, partnering with Galaxy Electric for the power wiring and cooperating with our sister EMCOR company Gibson Electric on their IT communication upgrade project.
