Bill is responsible for field operation on the construction side, including managing both the vent and piping side as well as our fleet and warehouse. He helps size ductwork, layout in the field and with productivity for ESTM’s construction field. He also works with the project managers to review submittal packages, site specific safety plans and managing manpower on many construction projects. In addition he also manages our companies vehicles, including acquisition, maintenance, compliance and disposal. Bill also works with our warehouse team to make sure things run smoothly from a logistics stand point. He contributes to our company culture of safety first.
Expertise
Bill has over 35 years of experience in the HVAC industry, most recently with local 73 sheet metal union. With expertise in managing multiple projects at the same time, running crews between 5 to 100 men at one time He has worked on a variety of projects, including, high-rises, warehouses, hospitals, and office buildings. He has been at ESTM since 2010, working his way up to ventilation superintendent and has now been in his current role of Senior Director of Field Operations since 2026.
