Mike, leads the operations and field service requirements of the service division. He oversees service estimating, dispatch, logistics, and technical resources. He establishes policies and procedures to deliver quality service offering to the northern Illinois marketplace. Mike also evaluates service requirements and plans for future demands and market needs.
Expertise
Mike has over 35 years of experience in the Chicago land market, having specialized in mechanical service, installation and service management. Mike started his career as a field service technician where he spent over twenty years working in the field. Mike moved into a management role after his time in the field directing service technicians and technical sales staff.
The Personal Side
Outside of work Mike enjoys spending time with friends and family. He also enjoys vintage cars, travel and music.
