Steve develops safety topics that are clear and easy to communicate then works closely with field employees to ensure they have a full grasp of each topic. He frequently collaborates with upper management and field leadership to review requirements and ensure consistency and proficient time management.
Steve is continuously searching for ways to enhance our safety program and increase our productivity by leveraging the latest advancements in technology, equipment, and tool platforms. Through these programs, Steve strives to provide every employee a safe work environment and the tools and equipment they need to finish projects without injury.
Expertise
Steve’s career working in the mechanical services industry and safety spans well over 30 yrs. His years of hands-on, practical field experience have helped him develop an understanding of the mindset, expectations, and demands of employees on a jobsite – which helps him better serve their needs.
Steve proudly served in the United States Navy as a boatswain’s mate. He completed his apprenticeship with Sheet Metal Workers International Local 265. Steve has managed Teams EHS program since 2010.
The Personal Side
Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and twin boys. He enjoys everything outdoors. Camping with his family and friends, loves to boat and fish, as well as snowmobile in the winter months.
