As President of EMCOR Services Team Mechanical, Cindy’s primary responsibility is leading the organization to meet the needs of their clients. She oversees overall performance and operations and leads the strategic direction of ESTM. She also develops new opportunities, and establishes procedures as well as being responsible for budgeting and financial performance.
Cindy is also responsible for maintaining company culture at ESTM. She leads the company to focus on its core values of mission first, people always. This allows ESTM to be a premier contractor in the Chicagoland area, and to serve their clients with expertise, value and integrity.
Expertise
With almost 30 years working in the mechanical contracting business, Cindy has significant experience on the operations side of the business. She started her career as an engineer and with dedication and hard work has moved her way up to management. Over the years she has gained experience in engineering, system design, sales, estimating, drafting and project management. She has also gained experience in service account sales and account management.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineer from Northern Illinois University. Additionally, she is a registered Professional Engineer. Cindy is also an active member of Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors’ National Association (SMACNA), Mechanical Contractors Association of American (MCAA) and Women in the Mechanical Industry (WiMI).
The Personal Side
In her free time, Cindy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, hiking and yoga.
