Cindy is responsible for overseeing all design-build projects. Her role includes sizing equipment, piping, and ductwork, as well as calculating heating and cooling loads.
Cindy oversees permit drawings and the permit process and reviews designs. She also estimates and project manages many of the company’s design build projects.
Expertise
Cindy has over 20 years of experience in the HVAC industry with expertise in system design, drafting, and project management. She has worked on a variety of projects, including, high-rises, office buildings, hospitals, and warehouses.
Cindy graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Northern Illinois University. Additionally, she is a registered Professional Engineer.

Cindy enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband, reading, and visiting museums.
